The fourth issue of Climate & Finance focuses on the two leading financial centers in Asia, Singapore and Hong Kong, introducing its goals and policies toward Climate Finance including Singapore Green Plan 2030, Hong Kong government’s mandatory implementation of TCFD recommendations in the financial system.

 

In addition, ICDI is honored to invite Honda Chen, Vice President of Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance to introduce the latest revision of the International Standards on Auditing and its changes toward enterprises and financial institutions by using case study to illustrate its physical risks, transition risks and how it brings to the enterprise and financial institutions.

Issue No.3

The third issue of Climate & Finance focuses on the Leaders Summit on Climate, held by the U.S. President Biden on Apr. 22-23. As significant parts of the Biden administration's climate action, the report also looks into two latest policies, including the U.S. International Climate Finance Plan and the American Jobs Plan.

First Issue

Seeing the fact that climate change could worsen the economy, more governments and enterprises increasingly emphasize the TCFD framework. In order to bring Taiwan the insight of global trends for climate and finance, ICDI launched the ''Climate & Finance'' in Dec. 2020 with an aim of increasing public awareness of sustainable development and green economy.

The first issue of Climate & Finance introduces the TCFD Status Report 2020 and the implementation of TCFD from the public sector and the private sector. This report is written in Traditional Chinese.
